RETURN POLICY

If you need to exchange a non-customized stock garment for another size or style please email us at madewithloveandkisses@gmail.com or call us at 516-694-3321. All returns must be approved prior to returning. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return items for credit or exchange. Please let us know what you would like to exchange so that we can make sure we have the requested exchange in stock. All sale items, steals and deal items and customized orders that have been heat sealed cannot be returned and are final sale. This includes all customized items using patches, embroidery, glitter, or vinyl. Please make sure of sizing and spelling before submitting orders.

Once we receive the garment, we will send out the item/s you would like in return immediately (free of cost).
